1 Hello all, having a bit of trouble on Tue Sep 10, 2013 1:49 pm

So I downloaded the torrent, it took about 7-8 hours and followed the instructions given. I logged on and after I choose the server it shortly closes the game afterwards. I am not too familiar with these kinds of things, if I did something the wrong way or someone knows how this can be fixed I would appreciate it. I look forward to getting to RP with everyone here. Thanks

Did you use the no-ip launcher to launch? What windows are you on? I'll be in the chatbox tonight from about 7:30PM Eastern US til about 10PM and would be glad to give you a hand.

IMO it doesn't seem like anything major, shouldn't take long to fix Smile

I don't get what you mean by "no-ip launcher" All I did was click on "Aion-launcher.bat"

Also I am using Windows 8

Hadvik got into the chatbox and we managed to work out his issues. It seems that the google doc in the welcome section still links to the 3.0 torrent. I'm PMing Guy now about it so hopefully our newest members will see the new client link.

It seems Hadvik also needed the Windows 8 fix. For anyone reading that possibly needs this, it can be found here:

Put those files in your bin32 folder, and if asked to replace files say 'yes'.
